CITY OF PLYMOUTH
• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 22nd day of
March , 19 76 . The following members were present:

RESOLUTION #76-153
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR EXISTING LOTS FOR "LITTLE PENINSULA"
APARTMENT PROJECT FOR DANIEL T. RALICKI AND ASSOCIATES (A-186)
WHEREAS, Daniel T. Ralicki and Associates, have requested, at City Council
direction by Resolution #75-671, the consolidation of existing parcels
within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and.hereby does approve the following
consolidation and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary
special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County:

To be consolidated into one parcel described as follows:
That part of Government Lot 5 lying between the north and south line of
Lot 20, Block 11 Medicine Lake Park 1st Division extended westerly to the
shore of Medicine Lake; ALSO
That part of Government Lot 5 lying between the north and south lines of
Lot 19 of Medicine Lake Park 1st Division extended westerly to the shore
of Medicine Lake; ALSO
That part of Government Lot 5 lying north of the north line of Lot 19,
• Medicine Lake Park 1st Division excended westerly to the shore of Medicine
Lake; ALSO
That part of Government Lot 5, Section 26, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, lying North of the Westerly extension of the North line

of .Lot 21, Block 11 of Medicine Lake Park 1st Division said Hennepin County,
and South of a line drawn parallel to and 500 feet Northerly of the Westerly
extension of the North line of said Lot 21.
Except that part thereof lying Easterly of the snore of Medicine Lake and
lying adjacent to Medicine Lake Park 1st Division.
Together with and subject to the right of ingress and egress upon subject
property and property adjacent thereto; ALSO
That part of Government Lot 5, Section 26, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin
County Minnesota, lying South of the Westerly extension of the North line
of Lot 21, Block 11 of Medicine Lake Park lst Division, said Hennepin County.
Except the following described land, to wit: Commencing at the Southeast
corner of said Lot 5; thence West on the South line of said Lot 5 a distance
of 783 feet; thence Northwesterly on a right curve with a radius of 2,905
feet to a point on the West line of said Lot 5 distant 147.5 feet North of
the Southwest corner thereof; thence North on the West line o'r said Lot
5 a distance of 70 feet; thence Southeasterly and East 4 rm%s northerly
of and parallel with first described line to a point on tie East line of said
Lot 5 distant 4 rods to point on beginning, and except that part of the
West 207.8 feet of Government Lot 5, Section 26, Township 118, Range 22,
lying South of a line commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 5;
thence West on the South line of said Lot 5 a distance of 783 feet; thence
Northwesterly on a right curve with a radius of 2,905 feet to a point on the
West line of said Lot 5 distant 147.5 feet North of the Southwest corner
thereof.
Together with subject to the right of ingress and egress upon subject
property and property adjacent thereto; ALSO
That part of the North 4 rods of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 35, Township 118, Range 22 Hennepin County, Minnesota
lying West of a line running from the point of intersection of the Southwesterly
line of railroad right-of-way and the North line of said Northeast Quarter
of Northeast Quarter, to a point on the South line of said North 4 rods,
distance 800 f --t East from the West line thereof, and East of West 207.8
feet thereof; ALSO
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 35,
Township 118, Range 22 Hennepin County described as follows: Beginning in
the center line of Medicine Lake Road as now laid out, at a point 266 feet
South measured at right angles from the North line in said Quarter -Quarter
section; thence Easterly para.lel with the North line of said Quarter -
Quarter section a distance of 265 feet; thence North at right angles 200 feet
more or less to the South line of the North 4 rods to the center line of
said Medicine Lake Road; thence Southeasterly along said center line to the
point of beginning.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils
and Seibold
The following voted against or abstained: Councilman Spaeth was away from.table.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
