Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
. the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
22nd day of March , 1976 . The following members were

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-152
APPROVING REVISED CONCEPT PLAN FOR MISSION FARMS RPUD (A-338)
WHEREAS, the Mission Partnership has requested approval of a revised Concept Plan
for the Mission Farms RPUD; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
.
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that it should and hereby does approve the request of the Mission Partner-
ship for a revised Concept Plan for the Mission Farms RPUD subject to the
following conditions:
1. That area designated A18 and that area designated J2 be brought into
. conformance with the Land Use Guide Plan.
2. No LA -2 density be allowed south and east of County Road 61's
alignment as it goes through Area II (west portion of the RPUD).
3. The street circulation system be redesigned in Area II and the
alignment of County Road 61 follow the more easterly alternative
4. A .ensity range of 540-823 dwelling units for the entire project
10 be established.
5. A density credit of 20% beyond the agreed to density figure for the
entire project be granted petitioner provided these additional units
be in low and moderate income housing only with approximately one-half
of this total in housing for the elderly.
6. That all ponding areas as required by the City Storm Drainage Plan be
shown on the preliminary plat.
7. It is understood that the above density range approvals are predicated
on adequate design and use of the land in accordance with the objectives
of the Residential Planned Unit Development Ordinarce.
