CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aire N aar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day
of March 1976 . The following members were present:

ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
PROJECT NO. 603 NATHAN LANE STREET IMPROVEMENT .
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted February 2, 1976 fixed a date
for a Council hearing ont eh proposed improvement of Nathan Lane between 45th
Avenue and 49th Avenue by the construction of rural section bituminous street
and all necessary appurtenances,
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 10th day
of March, 1976 at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity
to be heard thereon,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the resolution adopted
September 15, 1975.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for
the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
