Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re, lar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day
of March , 1976 . The following members were present:
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76- 150
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
PROJECT NO. 609 REINHARD INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted February 2, 1976 fixed a date
for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of 12th Avenue from Xenfum Lane
to approximately 1100 feet east to the termination of cul-de-sac within the Reinhard
Industrial Park plat (said property lying south of the Chicago. -Northwestern Railroad
right-of-way, east of Xenium Lane, north of the south line of the northwest quarter
of the northeast quarter of Section 34, Township 118, Range 22, and westerly of a
line approximately 31.57 feet west of a line parallel with the west line of the
northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 34, Township 118, Range 22)
by the construction of 9 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, water
main, and sanitary sewer (said sanitary sewer line being constructed westerly from
the in place trunk line lying approximately 300 feet east of the easterly boundary
of said plat) storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances,
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of thehearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 10th day
of March, 1976 at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opporunity
to be heard thereon,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the resolution adopted
November 17, 1975.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for
the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
