Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was e d on the 22nd day

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 76-149
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
PROJECT NO. 604 14TH AND ZANZIBAR LANE AREA
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted February 2, 1976 fixed a date
for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of 14th Avenue from Vicksburg
Lane to Zanzibar Lane, Zanzibar Lane from County Road 6 to 13th Avenue and Archer
Lane from County Road 6 to 13th Avenue and 13th Avenue from Zanzibar Lane to approximately
150 feet west of Archer Lane and that portion of the south side of County Road 6
between Weston Lane and 250 feet west of Archer Lane by the installation of sanitary
sewer, water main, bituminous street and all necessary appurtenances
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of
the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 10th day of
March, 1976 at which all persons desiring to be he, -d were given an opportunity
to be heard thereon,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the resolution adopted
November 17, 1975.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for
the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon. the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
