Minnesota, was a on a gth day of March 1976 . The following members were present: Ma or Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils and Seibold efollowing me members were a sent: unc man Spaeth Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-147 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PROCEEDINGS IN EMINENT DOMAIN TO ACQUIRE LAND FOR THE PURPOSE OF WIDENING AND IMiPROVING THE INTERSECTION OF STATE HIGHWAY 101 AND COUNTYSTATE AID HIGHWAY NO. 6 WHEREAS, the City Council did on the 1st day of December. 1975 adopt Resolution No. 75-672 ordering the improvement of the intersection of Trunk Highway 101 and County State Aid Highway 6, and WHEREAS, the City Council finds it to be necessary, proper and expedient in the interest of the public health, convenience and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota to expedite the completion of such improvement, NOW THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, that the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to commence condemnation proceedings to acquire easements for street and utility purposes over, under and across the parcels described in the attached Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as if fully set forth at this point. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the o ow na vote n favor thereof: Mavor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt.
