Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 8th day
of March 1976 The following members were present:

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-146A
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
PROJECT NO. 612 LARCH LANE STREET IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 5th day of January, 1976,
fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of Larch Lane from
County Road 9 to the Soo Line Railroad Tracks by the construction of a 7 ton design
interim section with all necessary appurtenances,
WHEREAS:, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of
the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 23rd day of
• February, 1976 at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity
to be heard thereon,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted October 7, 1974 and September 15, 1975.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement.
3. The initial construction plans and specifications shall consist of grading and
gravel, and
4. The bituminous surface construction shall follow in 1977.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
