Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 8th day of
March 19 76 . The following members were present:

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
s adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-145
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR "BASS LAKE HIGHLANDS" FOR EUGENE HICKOK (A-609)
WHEREAS, Eugene Hickok has requested preliminary plat approval of "Bass Lake
Highlands" located at the southeast corner of Pineview Lane and County
Road 47, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that it should and hereby does approve the request of Eugene Hickok for
preliminary plat approval of "Bass Lake Highlands" subject to the following
conditions:
1. Lots 2, 3, 5, 6, 10, 12 and 14 of Block 2 be adjusted to equal a
minimum of 18,500 sq. ft.
2. Petitioner pay a Park Dedication fee equalling $8,400 payable to
the City of Plymouth at the time the development contract is drawn.
3. Street names to correspond to the City street naming system.
4. Engineer's recommendations for drainage and utility easements be
included in the final plat.
5. No building permits be issued until public sewer and water is
available to the site.
6. No fill in Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 18, 19, 20 or 21, Block 3, be allowed
prior to DNR and City approval. (These lots are fronting on the
lake with a high-water mark of 906.2 ft.)
7. Outlot 1 be deeded to the City for County Road 61 right-of-way.
8. The final plat should address improvement of access to the plat via
Pineview Lane to such a degree as to enhance such access as a viable
substitute for access to the plat other than through the "Bass Lake
Shorewood Hills" plat.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof --'Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Seibold
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
