Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
8th day of March 19 76 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde.Councilmen Hunt_ Neils and Seihold
The following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth

RESOLUTION #76- 144
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF REZONING FOR BASS LAKE
HIGHLANDS FROM R-0 TO R-1 FOR EUGENE HICKOK (A-609)
WHEREAS, Eugene Hickok has requested rezoning of property at the southeast
corner of Pineview Lane and County Road 47 known as "Bass Lake Highlands",
AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has recommended approval of
said request,
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council on March 8, 1976 has approved said rezoning,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following
actions prior to publication of said Ordinance Amendment:
1. Final Plat approval of "Bass Lake Highlands".
2. Availability of City sewer and water services to the site.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and
Ine Tdllowing voted against or abstained: None
