Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �_rreguular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was -held on the 8th day
of March , 1976 . The following members were present:

Councilman Seibdld introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-137
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 7 - PROJECT 513
T.H. 55 SANITARY SEWER INTERCEPTOR
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 7 has been prepared and submitted by Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 7
in the amount of $19,657.80 to Austin P. Keller Construction Company for Project
No. 513, T.H. 55 Sanitary Sewer Interceptor.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
y�mcijman Nej, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
o lowing vote n favor thereof: Mavor Hilde, Councilmen_ Neils and Seibold
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopte
