Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rhe ularr meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 8th day
of March , 19 76 . The following members were present:

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-136
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 5
PROJECT NO. 507-001 PUMPHOUSE NO. 4
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates. Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make. payment on Request for Payment No. 5
in the amount of $5,253.00 to Lee Richert Plumbing'& Heating for Project No. 507-001
Pumphouse No. 4
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
