CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, held on the 8th day
of March , 19ZFL. The following members were present:
flavor Hildg. Councilmen Neils and Seibold
The following me ers were a sent: Councilmen_ Hunt and Spaeth
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76434
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 3
PROJECT NO. 415 21ST AND KILMER LANE WATER MAIN
PROJECT NO. 515 COUNTY ROAD 9 SERVICE ROAD
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 3
in the amount of $455.17 to Parrott Construction Company for Projects No. 415 and
. 515, 21st and Kilmer Lane Water Main and County Road 9 Service Road Water Main.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils I, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor t ereo ayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils and Seibold.
