moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 76-128
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 17
PROJECT NO. 302 WATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 17, has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosen#,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make psymenton Request for Payment No. 17
in the amount of $19,380.00 to Berglund -Johnson, Inc. for Project No. 302, Water
Treatment Plant.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
