Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Piyamauth. Minnesota, was a on the

Councilmen Neils introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 76-126
:MENONENT TO ARCHITECTURAL AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution No. 75-317 authorized the execution
of Architectural Services Agreement betmeen the City and the firm
of Bergstedt, Wahlberg. Bergquist b Rohkohl for Fire Station it
and E2 for a fixed fee of $20,000, and
WHEREAS. since the execution of that Agreement changes have been made by the
City in the nature and scope of the proposed building program, and
WHEREAS, the architects have requested an amendment to the current Architectural
Services Agreement which mould delete work for Fire Station N1 and
concentrate solely on Fire Station #2 at a fixed fee of $21.900;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the Manager be and the same is hereby authorized and directed
to enter into an amendment to the Architectual Services Agreement
previously approved by this Council providing for the deletion of
Fire Station #1 and amending the fixed fee to the sun of $21.900.

by . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils and Seibold.
The following votes against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resoluticn bas declared duly passed and adopted.
