Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reg!lar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was eld8th day
of March , 1976 . The following members were present:
Mavfr Hilde. Councilmen Neits and _Seibold _
The owing members were a sent: Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-123
AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF EASEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 116 PINETREE POND STORM SEWER
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that a storm drainage improvement project
is required for the Pinetree Pond area, and
WHEREAS, the City Council ordered final plans and specifications for Pinetree
Pond Storm Sewer, Project 116 as contained in Resolution No. 75-557, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to acquire certain easements to accommodate certain
storm sewer pipes, ditches, drainage ways, etc. in accordance with approved
final plans and specifications,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City Engineer is directed to proceed with easement acquisition
for those easements necessary to accommodate storm sewer pipes, ditches, etc.
in accordance with final plans and specifications for Project No. 116, Pinetree
Pond Storm Sewer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
