Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ulgrr meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was eh td on the 8th day
of March , 1976 . The following members were present:

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-122
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
A certain petition requesting the improvement of Pilgrim Lane from 36th
Avenue to 32nd Avenue and 32nd Avenue from Pilgrim Lane to the west line
of the Tiburon plat by the installation of street lights, filed with the
Council on March S, 1976 is hereby declared to be signed by the required
percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is
made in conformity to Minnesota•Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to the City.Engineer and he is instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in
a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as
to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some
other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Moor Hilde and Councilman Seibold
The following voted against or abstained: Counci man Neils abstained
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
