HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-121W W CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 8th day of March , 19 76 . The following members were present: �Mayor rHHilde. Councilmen Neils and Seibold The follow ni g members were absent: Councilmen Hunt and Saaeth Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #76-121 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR OMNI TRAVEL AGENCY TO OPERATE A TRAVEL AGENCY IN A B-1 ZONING DISTRICT (A-467) WHEREAS, Omni Travel Agency has requested a conditional use permit to operate a travel agency in a B-1 Zoning District; AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Omni Travel Agency for a conditional use permit to operate a travel agency in a B-1 Zoning District under Section 11, Subdivision 3, item 10, i.e. "A merchandising or merchandising service which is incidental or accessory to the primary use of the particular property". The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Nils and Sei Qid. TheMoilowing voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
