The following members were ay present: Mor Hilde. Councilmen Neils and Seibold The following members were absent: Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth ,rt* Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 1176-120 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR HOME OCCUPATION OF BEAUTY SHOP AT 13425 -1st AVENUE NORTH FOR RICHARD HEINEN (A-651) WHEREAS, Richard Heinen has requested approval of a conditional use permit for a home occupation to operate a beauty shop in his home at 13425 -1st Avenue North; AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Richard Heinen for a conditional use permit for a home occupation to operate a beauty shop in his home at 13425 -1st Avenue North subject to the following conditions: No signs. 2. No operators other than the immediate family. 3. Permit to be issued for one year. 4. No on -street parking be allowed for the use. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Cnurcilman Saihnl�i and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol owing voted in favor thereof: Maynr Hildp caunrilmon Npils and Caihnld.
