CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 8th day of

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
s adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-119
APPROVING CONDITIONAL '1SE PERMIT AND SITE PLAN FOR A CAR WASH AT THE NE
CORNER OF KILMER LANE AND 35th AVENUE NORTH FOR WM. GADTKE (A-302)
WHEREAS, Wm. Gadtke has requested approval of a conditional use permit
and site plan for a car wash at 35th Avenue North and Kilmer Lane;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Wm. Gadtke
for a conditional use permit and site plan approval for a car wash at the NE
corner of Kilmer Lrne and 35th Avenue North subject to the following conditions:
1. A redraft of property lines to accommodate all of the car wash on one
lot or a lot consolidation providing for three buildings on one lot.
2. A variance of 20 ft. be granted for the front yard setbacks from Kilmer
Lane and 35th Avenue North.
3. Approval of the water drain system by the City Building Department and
City Engineer prior•to building permit approval.
4. A redesign of the letter barrels to incorporate these items into or
attached to the building.
5. All traffic movement to be as proposed on the site plan, i.e. in -traffic
from 35th Avenue North and out -traffic onto Kilmer Lane.
6. A landscape and blacktop/paving bond to be provided by petitioner to
ensure satisfactory completion of work as per the adopted site plan.
7. Signs to be limited to ordinance requirements, i.e. area of 210 sq. ft.
on the facade of the building and one exit and one entrance sign not to
exceed four sq. ft.
B. No outside storage be allowed, other than as allowed in condition number
four above.

9. Request be made to the City Engineer for the posting of "no parking"
signs on the north side of 35th Avenue North.
10. Conditional use permit be renewed after one year.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fo ow ng votedin favor ereo Mayor Hilde and Councilman Seibold
