HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-118W W CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 8th day of March , 1976 . The following members were present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Neils and Seibold The following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth and Hunt Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-118 AUTHORIZING PLYMOUTH HISTORICAL SOCIETY AND ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS TO UTILIZE OLD CITY HALL WHEREAS, the Plymouth Historical Society and the Plyfiouth Alcoholics Anonymous group have requested permission to utilize the old City Hall for the purposes of their organizations, and WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the public interest would be served by allowing the Plymouth Historical Society and the Plymouth Alcoholics Anonymous group to use the old City Hall. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the City Manager be and the same is hereby directed to enter into agreements with the Plymouth Historical Society and the Plymouth Alcoholics Anonymous group by the terms of which they will be able to utilize the old City Hall facilities located at 13800 Highway 55. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Uncilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Neils and Seibold. The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
