• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 17th day
of February 19 76 . The following members were present:

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION #76-117
AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO EMPLOY WFHRMAN, CHAPMAN ASSOC. INC.
FOR PLANNING AND PLATTING ACTIVITIES FOR DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has acquired ce,•ta:n land and has agreed to
acquire additional land within the Northwest Quarter of Section 21 of Plymouth
for public purposes; and,
WHEREAS, detail planning and land platting is required to designate street
right-of-way and parcels for specific use,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RrVi.VEt' BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it she-- d and hereby does authorize and direct
the City Manager to employ the :irm Wehrman, Chapman Associates Inc.
to undertake planning and pl.ttiag activities consistent with said firm's
proposal dated January 27, 1976 at a cost not to exceed $3,600.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
