Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 76-113
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT
TO THE JOINT POWERS FIRE TRAINING CENTER AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has previously entered into a Fire Training Center
Agreement with Joint Independent School District 287 (Suburban Hennepin County
Area Vocational -Technical School) and seven other municipalities by resolution
73-245 adopted July 2, 1973, and
WHEREAS, the Fire Training Center Board has recommended that the member
municipalities amend the Fire Training Center Agreement to provide for the rental
of the Fire Training Center facilities to municipalities and school districts who
are not parties of the Fire Training Center Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Mayor and City Clerk be and the same are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the attached agreement to amend the Fire Training Center
Agreement on behalf of the City of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following votea in fav6r thereof:—Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
