CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the 17th day
of February , 19 76 . The following members were present:
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-112
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 1 FOR IMPERIAL HILLS PILOT NEIGHBORHOOD PARK
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 has been prepared by Beckman, Yoder
and Associates and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Staff is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 1 in the amount of $2,970.00 to Arteka, Inc. for Imperial
Hills Pilot Neighborhood Park.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
