• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, as ectal meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was e d on t e 17th day
of February 1976 . The following members were present:

The following members were absent: None
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N76-111
PROVIDING FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO ENCOMPASS DISBURSEMENTS FOR IMPERIAL
HILLS PILOT NEIGHBORHOOD PARK
WHEREAS, the City Council has awarded the contract for the construction of
the Imperial Hills Neighborhood Park in the amount of $31,671.44
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 'OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following:
. That funds in the amount of $31,671.44 be transferred from the Park
Dedication Fund, Neighborhood Parks (Account Number 205 000 371.03),
to a new project construction account (Imperial Hills Neighborhood
Park Project Number 816 816 810 524) for said plan and program disburse-
ments.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voten favor thereof:- Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
SeibD ld and 5RA

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
