Councilman Huht introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-110
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 9
PROJECT NO. 402-001 ELEVATED WATER TOWER
WHEREAS. Request for Payment No. 9 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 9
to Chicago Bridge and Iron Cnmpany for Project No. 402-001, Elevated Water Tower,
in the amount of $55,237.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
