Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day
of February , 19 76 . The following members were present:

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-106
ORDERING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
3RD & QUEENSLAND TO FERNDALE NORTH PLAT
WHEREAS, the City Council has given preliminary plat approval to Ferndale North located
on the east side of Ferndale Road and south of Hadley Lake, and
WHEREAS, the developer of said Ferndale North has requested by petition that the City
install sewer, water, storm sewer and street improvements to said addition, and
WHEREAS, in order to provide utility service for Ferndale North it is necessary to install'-
sanitary sewer and water mains from approximately the intersection of 3rd and Queensland
westerly to the southeast corner of the proposed Ferndale North plat together with a
sanitary sewer lift station and all necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefited
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement. pursuant to Minnesota Statut'
Section 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amended),
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOT
that the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates. %,I
for study and that he is advised to report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasib
and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
