HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-103CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 17th day of Februar 1976 . The following members were present: Mayor H e, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth owing members were Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N76-103 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SUPERIOR FORD TO TEMPORARILY PARK VEHICLES ON THEIR SITE ON NON -HARD -SURFACED AREA (A-449) WHE FAS, Superior Ford has requested a conditional use permit to temporarily park vehicles on their site on a non -hard -surfaced area; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends Its approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Superior Ford for a conditional use permit to temporarily park vehicles on their site on a non -hard -surfaced area subject to the following conditions: 1. There be no parking of vehicles off hard -surfaced area after May 1, 1976. 2. No drive entrance at the southwest corner of the site be allowed. 3. No parking be allowed over the drainfield. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by —Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n avor t ereo : Mavor Hilde.
