The following members were present: N_ 1pihnld and Spapth e o ow ng me ers were a sen Mavnr Hilde ett tet tet Acting Mayor Huht introduced the following Resolution and Moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-100 SETTING DATE FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT HEARING REINHARD INDUSTRIAL PARK WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted February 2, 1976, a report covering the improvement of 12th Avenue from Xenium Lane to approximately 1100 feet east to the termination of cul-de-sac within the Reinhard Industrial Park plat (said property lying south of the Chicago -Northwestern Transportation Company Railroad right-of-way, east of Xenium Lane, north of the south line of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 34, Township 118.Range 22, and westerly of a line approximately 31.57 feet west of a line parallel with the west line of the northwest quarter the northeast quarter of Section 34, Township 118, Range 22) by the construction of 9 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, water main, and sanitary sewer, (said sanitary sewer line being constructed westerly from the in place trunk line lying approximately 300 feet east of the easterly boundary of said plat) and all necessary appurtenances was accepted by the Council, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 10th day of March, 1976 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the o ow ng votecl in ravor thereof: AC—ling Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils.
