CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was ie on the 2nd day
of February , 1976 . The following members were present:

SETTING DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
PROJECT NO. 604 14TH AND ZANZIBAR LANE AREA
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted December 15, 1976, the
report covering the improvement of 14th Avenue from Vicksburg Lane to Zanzibar Lane
Zanzibar Lane from County Road 6 to 131-,h Avenue and Archer Lane from County Road 6,
to 13th Avenuc and that portion of the south side of County Road 6 between Zanzibar
Lane and Weston Lane by installation of sanitary sewer, water main, bituminous
street restoration and all necessary appurtenances, was accepted by the Council,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 10th day
of March, 1976 at 7!30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works
Bu-,lding, 14900 23rd Avenue North, and the Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
