Acting Mayor Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-98
SETTING DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
PROJECT NO. 603 NATHAN LANE STREET IMPROVEMENT .
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted February 2, 1976, the
report covering the improvement of Nathan Lane between 45th Avenue and 49th Avenue
by the construction of rural section bituminous street, necessary storm sewer and
drainage ponds and all necessary appurtences was accepted by the Council,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
. 1. A public hearing shall be held bn sucn proposed improvement on the 10th day of
March, 1976 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building,
14900 23rd Avenue North, and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of
such hearing and improvement as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
