CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day
of February 19 76 . The following members were present:

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-97
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR CHELSEA
WOODS SEVENTH ADDITION (A-320)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat for Chelsea Woods
Seventh Addition,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following
prior to filing of said resolution:
.1. Identification of 15th Avenue North running along the northern
boundary of the plat.
2. Identification of Outlot A along the western boundary of the plat
and labeling of said outlot as a street name.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: ouncilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstainecT. Acting Mayor Hunt was a sent rom the table.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
