CITY OF PLY14OUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, arPgl,lar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
2nd day of February , 1976 . The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent:a1° or Hilde
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-94
RENEWAL OF CYRANO'S RESTAURANT, INC.
ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, Richard 0. Nichols, President of Cyrano's Restaurant, Inc.,
located at 3005 Harbor Lane, has applied for renewal of its
On -Sale Intoxicating Liqudr License which expires January 31,
1976, and
WHEREAS, the application for renewal of Cyrano's Restaurant, Inc. for
an On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License commencing February 1,
1976 has been reviewed and recommended for approval by the
Chief of Police and staff,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the application of Richard 0. Nichols, President of Cyrano's
Restaurant, Inc., for the issuance of an On -Sale Intgxicating
Liquor License for the purpose of selling intoxicating liquor
at retail for consumption on the premises of Cyrano's Restaurant,
Inc., located at 3005 Harbor Lane, effective February 1, 1976
through January 31, 1977 be and the same is hereby approved,
subject to the appropriate laws of the United States, the State
of Minnesota, and the ordinance of the City of Plymouth and the
regulations of the Liquor Control Commissioner of the State of
Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Acting Mayor Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
