Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 76-93
RENEWAL OF RADISSON INN PLYMOUTH
ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR SUNDAY
WHEREAS, an.application for renewal of Sunday Sale Intoxicating Liquor
License has been received by the City Council from the
Radisson Inn Plymouth, in accordance with Chapter III,
Section 4.16.1, Plymouth City Code,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH that the Sunday Sale of Intoxicating Liquor License
be approved for Radisson Inn Plymouth for a period effective
February 1, 1976 through January 31, 1977.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byActing Mayor Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
• fol lowing voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
