CITY OF PLYMOUTH
• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day
of February , 19 76 . The following members were present:
Acting ayor Hunt, Counc-M—en Seibold, Spaeth and Neils
owing nemoers were
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-84
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING WORK DONE BY
BOB'S PLUMBING FOR IMPERIAL HILLS
NEIGHBORHOOD PARK
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on September 22,
1975 the consulting firm of Beckman, Yoder and Associates has prepared
plans and specifications for the construction of the water main for Imperial
Hills Neighborhood Park in the amount of $4,843.00 and has presented such
plans and specifications to the Council for approval;
AND, WHEREAS, the estimated cost of such improvement does not exceed $5,000.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA as follows:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof are hereby approved.
2. Beckman, Yoder and Associates shall proceed under the direction
of the Council to have the work done by Bob's Plumbing to
carry on all work in connection with such improvement in accordance
with the plans and specifications herein approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Spaeth,
Seibold and Neils
Ine following voted against or abstaine one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
