RESOLUTION NO. 200-190
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE ON -SALE WINE AND 3.2 LIQUOR LICENSES FOR
SMASHBURGER ACQUISITION -MINNEAPOLIS, LLC, D/B/A SMASHBURGER
3225 VICKSBURG LANE, SUITE 32256
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for on -sale wine and 3.2
licenses from Smashburger Acquisition -Minneapolis, LLC, d/b/a Smashburger,
3225 Vicksburg Lane, Suite 3225G; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required
insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no
reason to deny the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that on -sale wine and
3.2 liquor licenses is hereby approved for Smashburger Acquisition -Minneapolis,
LLC, d/b/a Smashburger, 3225 Vicksburg Lane, Suite 3225G. The liquor license
is issued for the period through January 31, 2010.
