HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-082W W CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was die d on the 2nd day of February , 1976 The following memjers were present: owing memoers were *+r,r Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-82 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT REINHARD INDUSTRIAL PARK WHEREAS,pursuant to resolutian of the Council adopted November 17, 1975, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of 12th Avenue from Xenium Lane to approximately 1100 feet east to the termination of the cul-de-sac within the Reinhard Industrial Park plat (said property of plat lying south of the Chicago -Northwestern Transportation Company Railroad right-of-way, east of Xenium Lane, north of the south line of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 34, Township 118, Range 22, and westerly of a line approximately 31.57 feet west of a line parallel with the west line of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 34, Township 118, Range 22), by the construction of 9 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, water main, and sanitary sewer (said sanitary sewer line being constructed westerly from the in place trunk line lying appro.t=;nately 300 feet east of the easterly boundary of said plat) and all necessary appurter'am;es, and this report was received by the Council on February 2, 1976, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Or PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $119,000.00. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor thereof: c'ting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
