CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of February , 19 76 . The following members were present: g memoers were Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-81 AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 75-663 WHEREAS, the Council has adopted Resolution No. 75-663, dated November 17, 1975, wherein it is proposed to extend sanitary sewer service an,'. water main service to a certain portion of the City, and WHEREAS, because of the proposed location of the proposed improvements it is feasible to consider other contiguous areas, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE -CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Resolution No. 75-663 is amended to include Northeast Development Sub -District NE3 (lying south of the Mpls.-St. Paul Sault St. Marie railroad right-of-way and west of Zachary Lane) as shown on the Report on Comprehensive Sewer Plan for Plymouth, Minnesota dated 1972 and any amendments thereto. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Bass Lake Addition and Shorewood Hills Addition as shown on said Resolution No. 75-663 is corrected to read Bass Lake Shorewood Hills Addition. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by ,Acting Mayor Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the Tollowing voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils Seibold and Spaeth Ine tollowing voted against -or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
