The following members were present: ng members were Councilman S ae'th introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-78 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT PROJECT NO. 603 NATHAN LANE FROM 45TH AVENUE TO 49TH AVENUE WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted September 15, 1975, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of Nathan Lane between 45th Avenue and 49th Avenue by the construction of rural section bituminous street, necessary storm sewer and drainage ponds, and all necessary appurtenances and this report was received by the Council on February 2, 1976 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $ 30.760.75. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils- , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:—Acting Mayor Hunt. Councilmen Neils Seibold and Spaeth e o owing voted ag—ainst or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopte .
