Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of
February . 1976 . The following members were present:

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 76-77
ACCEPTING PETITION
WHEREAS, the City has received a petition requesting the installation of storm sewer
to serve the following properties: 1) The Place Apartments: That part of Lot l lying in
the EJ� of the SE4 of Section 13 and lying southerly and westerly of a line described as
beginning at.a point in the easterly line of Lot 1 distance 448.63 feet southerly from
the most.northerly corner thereof; thence west at right angles 300.0 feet; thence deflect
right 760 to the northerly line of Lot 1 and lying northerly of a line described as
commencing at the southwesterly corner of Lot 1; thence northerly along the westerly line
thereof a distance of 567.33 feet to point of beginning; thence easterly deflect right 980
27'35" a distance of :.98.33 feet; thence easterly deflect right 210 22' a distance of
178.90 feet; thence easterly to a point on the easterly line of Lot 1, distance 582.15
feet northerly along said easterly line from the southeast -corner thereof and that part
of Lot 1 lying in the west Is of the SE)k of Section 13, Township 118, Range 22; 2)•
Metro -Riley: Commencing at the southwesterly corner of Lot 1; thence northerly along the
westerly line thereof 567.33 feet; thence deflect right 980 27' 35" distance 298.33 feet;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That a certain petition requesting the installation of storm sewers and all necessary
appurtenances to service the 'property. legally described above and generally located on
the west side of Lancaster Lane between 36th and 39th Avenues, filed with the Council
on February 2, 1976 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentages of
owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made iri conformity to
Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. a
he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Coun
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whe
it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvements and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ereof. Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against ora stained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
