HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-076CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of February , 19 76 . The following members were present: awing memaers were Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-76 ACCEPTING PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENTS FAZENDIN PARK STH ADDITION WHEREAS, a petition has been received from the Developers of the Fazendin Park 5th Addition (generally located as follows: Lying in the SE4 pf the NWh of Section 29, Township 118, Range 22, east of Dunkirk Lane, south Fazendin Park 1st and 2nd Additions and east of Sunny Acres 3rd Addition) for the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances for the proposed plat of Fazendin Park 5th Addition and said petition is hereby declaredto be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035, and WHEREAS, the Developers have waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment hearings, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the above referenced petition is accepted and placed on file with the City of Plymouth, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said petition shall be brought back to the City Council for further consideration when so requested by the Developers. A The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the Toilowing voted n favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Seibold, Spaeth and Neils.
