Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a�ree ar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day
of February 19 76 The following members were present:

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-75
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENTS
THE VILLAGES
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Dan Fazendin and Will Bloomquist,
Developers of the "The Villages" (generally located 450.feet north of County
Road 15 east of and fronting on Harbor Lane and west of I-494) for the installation
of sanitary sewer, water main, streets and all necessary appurtenances for "The
Villages: and said petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage
of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to
Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035, and
WHEREAS, the Developers have waived their rights to public improvement and special
assessment hearings,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the above referenced petition is accepted and placed on file with
the City of Plymouth,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEDthat said petition shall be brought back to the City Council
for further consideration when so requested by the Developers of "The Villages."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
