The following members were present: ASM55 Myor unt,ounci� Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: mayor H iTaE •ff ttt Co ncu ilman_Seihold introduced the following Resolution and moved is adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76- 74 ACCEPTING PETITION FOR SHILOH 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Lundgren Brothers, developers of the proposed Shiloh 2nd Addition (That part of the NE4 of the SW4 lying east and north of Willow Ponds and that part of the NW4 and the SW4 of the SW4 lying east of the Shiloh Addition all lying within Section 20, Township 118, Range 22) covering the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, streets and all necessary appurtenances, and is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of property owners affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the above referenced petition is accepted and placed on file with the City of Plymouth, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said petition shall be brought back to the City Council for further consideration when so requested by Lundgren Brothers. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Countn vo. and upon vote being taken thereon, the owite in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils. Seibold andel Spaeth ineo owing voted against oabstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed an adopte .
