Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, are ular meeting of the City

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
s adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 76-72
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENTS
FERNDALE NORTH
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Lundgren Brothers, developers of the
proposed Ferndale North plat for the installation of sanitary sewer, water main,
storm sewer and streets and all necessary appurtenances for the plat of Ferndale
North (legally described as follows: 1) That portion of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 118, Range 22 described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Section 31; thence north along the west line
3f Sectaon 30 358.38 feet; thence south 870 15' east a distance of 635.58 feet; thence
south 8 42' east EuO.2-1 feet; thence south 320 7' east 351.12 feet; thence south 170
7' east 877.14 feet to the south line of said northwest quarter of said northwest
quarter of said Section 31 which the place of beginning of the land to be described;
thence west along said south line a distance of 200 feet; thence north 170 7' west to
the intersection with a line parallel with and 785 feet distant as measured at right
angles southerly from the north line of said Section 31; thence west along the above
described line a distance of 802.3 feet to the west line of said Section 31; thence
south along said west line of said Section 31 to the southwest corner of said northwest
quarter of said northwest quarter of said Section 31; thence east along said south line
of said' NW4 of the NW; of said Section 31 to the place of beginning; 2) The
southwest quarterof the northwest quarter of Section 31, Township 118, Range 22;
3) The northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 31, Township 118, Range 22
4) Part of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter and the southeast quarter
of the northwest q.:arter of Section 31, Township 118, Range 22, west of the 5th Princip
Merridian describe' as follows: Commencing on the east line of said northeast quarterof
southwest quarter 9.80 chains south of center of said Section 31; thence south along
said east line to southeast corner of said northeast quarter of southwest quarter; then
west along south line of said northeast quarter of southwest quarter to southwest
corner of said quarter; thence north on the west line ofsaid last tract and west line
of the southeast quarter of northwest quarter of said section to point 4.56 chains
south of northwest corner of said southeast quarter of northwest quarter; thence
southeasterly to beginning) and is hereby declared to be signed by the required
percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in
conformity to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the above referenced petition is accepted and placed on file with the
City of Plymouth,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said petition shall be brought back to the City Council
for further consideration when so requested by Lundgren Brothers.

Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
