CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day
of February , 19 76 . The following members were present:

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76.68
NO PARKING SIGNS ON NATHAN LANE
BETWEEN 10TH AVENUE AND 13TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, it appears that it is necessary to restrict parking on the west side of
Nathan Lane between 10th Avenue and 13th Avenue in order to facilitate maintenance
operations and provide for safe ingress and egress to adjacent properties,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City Engineer is authorized to install No Parking signs on
both sidesof Nathan Lane between 10th Avenue and 13th Avenue.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
C cilman eth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in aver thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils,
