CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Counc 1 of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day
of Flebur'ary 1976 . The following members were present:

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION k76-67
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF A LOT DIVISION FOR PETER
A. METSALA (A-82)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Subdivision Waiver to divide
Lot 7, Block 4 "Wilshire Gardens",
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following
actions prior to recording of said Subdivision Waiver:
1. Installation of sewe^ and water be at owner's expense.
2. Cash payment of $150 to the Park Dedication Fund for the creation
of one new lot.
3. Storm drainage easements as per City Engineer's recommendation. -
4. Any prior front footage charges for water and sewer be adjusted
to reflect charge against the full frontage of the property.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: AEting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following vote against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
