HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-066W CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reyular meeting of the City Council of the City of 'lymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of February 19 76 . The following me.nbers were present: The fo owing members were absent: Mayr HildP Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #76-66 APPROVING LOT DIVISION OF PLATTED PROPERTY FOR PETER METSALA (A-82) WHEREAS, Peter A. Metsala, owner of Lot 7, Block 4 "Wilshire Gardens" has requested that this parcel be further subdivided; and, WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed said request and recommends approval; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has now determined that the subdivision of said parcel which contains less than five (5) acres would not interfere with the purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plymouth and that a refusal to permit such division would create an unnecessary hardship c.n such owner, - NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA as follows: Parcel A That part of Lot 7, Block 4 "Wilshire Gardens" bounded by the following described lines: beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 7, thence Easterly along the Northerly line of said Lot 7 a distance of 333.11 feet; thence deflect right 900 32' 30" a distance of 95.00 feet; thence deflect right 840 39' a distance of 325.90 feet to the Westerly line of said Lot 7; thence Northerly along said Westerly line to the point of beginning. Parcel B That part of Lots 7 and 8, Block 4,"Wilshire Gardens" bounded by the following described lines: beginning 50.00 feet Southerly of the Northwest corner of Lot 8 along the Westerly line of said Lot 8; thence deflect right from the said Westerly line 1040 56' 40" a distance of 283.19 feet; thence deflect left 790 59' 40" a distance of 95.00 feet; thence deflect left 950 21' a distance of 325.90 feet to the Westerly lot line of said Lot 7; thence Southerly along the Westerly lot lines of said Lots 7 and 8 to the point of beginning. FURTHER,, that the City Clerk be directed to prepare a certified copy of this resolution for filing purposes. i Resolution No. 76-66 Page 2 rThe motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the W49% ng vote in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils,. Seibold and Spaeth efollowing votedagainst or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
