CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day
of February , 19 76 . The following members were present:

SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR
LESTER STURGES (A-649)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Subdivision Waiver to divide
Former Lots 5 and 6, Block 2, "Inglebrae Addition",
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following
actions prior to recording of said Subdivision Waiver:
1. A cash payment of $150 to the Park Dedication Fund for Lot 5.
2. The installation of sewer service prior to building permit approval
for any house on Lot 5.
3. The installation of sewer service to the existing house on Lot 6.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
