The following members were present: Actin r Hunt C u ilm N and Spaeth The o ow ng mem ors were a sent: Mayor Hilde Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and move its adoption: RESOLUTION #76-63 APPROVING LOT DIVISION OF PLATTED PROPERTY FOR LESTER STURGES (A-649) WHEREAS, Lester Sturges, owner of Lots 5 and 6, Block 2, "Inglebrae" Addi- tion has requested that this parcel be further subdivided; and, WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed said request and recommends approval; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has now determined that the subdivision of said parcel which contains less than five (5) acres would not interfere with the purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plymouth and that a refusal to permit such division would create an unnecessary hardship on such owner, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEktBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA as follows: Parcel A Former Lot 5, Block 2, "Inglebrae Addition", Township 118, Range 22, all within Hennepir County. Parcel B Former Lot 6, Block 2., "Inglebrae Addition", Township 118, Range 22, all within Hennepir. County. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Re-lolution was duly seconded by Mun�� etbold and upon vote being taken thereon, the olwing votedinfavor thereof: Acting Moor Hunt.
