Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regularmeeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
19th day of January , 1976 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Neils Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Hunt
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-59
APPROVING APPLICATIONS FOR RENEWALS OF TAXI -CAB DRIVERS LICENSES
RADIO CAB COMPANY AND TOWN TAXI COMPANY, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has'received application for Taxi -Cab
Drivers Licenses from the following listed persons, in
accordance with Chapter III, Section 8 of the City Code,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH that the following list of persons be granted
Taxi -Cab Drivers Licenses for a period to expire December 31, 1976.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
