CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
19th day of January , 19 76 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen_Neils.Seibold -and_5odeth

RESOLUTION NO. 76-57
APPROVING APPLICATION FOR TAXI -CAB VEHICLE LICENSE
RADIO CAB COMPANY
WHEREAS, Radio Cab Company has requested a Certificate of.Public Convenience
and Necessity for the purposes of operating one (1) taxi -cab in the
City of Plymouth, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 8 of the
City Code,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity is hereby
granted to Radio Cab Company for 1976 for the operation of one (1)
taxi -cab, AND FURTHER that the taxi -cab license for the vehicle
listed below is hereby approved.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following -voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold
and Saaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
